In 1999 our business bought Complete Security Systems. This meant we could now start focusing on alarms and access control, and also led to the decision to change the name of the business to Begg Security Group.

Today, the Managing Director is Mike Begg, who is the great grandson of Thomas Leahy Begg. One of the shareholders is Tony Begg, who is also a descendent of the Begg Clan. We are now focused on providing security to homes and businesses in all of Otago. We have a staff of 12 - 9 locksmiths ,2 security technicians and 1 office staff.
